This office and cafeteria block is for a liquor distilling company based out of a tier two city in India. The inspiration was to make a rustic yet modern version of a typical whiskey factory that one would see in Scotland. The theme was developed using raw finishes like raw wood, exposed bricks and then balanced out with smooth modern clean line furniture. The use of exposed metal fabrication metal members for creating partition frames instead sleek aluminium sections was to create a rustic industrial feel to the ambience. While black and grey formed the primary colours along side white, rest furniture is kept simple with wooden and metal details . This design was a blend of industrial meets modern rustic in terms of aesthetic.
