A fervent enthusiasm for the finer things in life led Neelam Kothari Soni to explore the world of jewellery design alongside her father, offering a wellspring for her creative thirst.This process of transforming gems into exquisite works of art ignited a deeper designer's passion, compelling her to pursue more and that is what led her to the interior design space.
Neelam is known as a woman who successfully juggles between her role as a professional and as a homemaker, mother and daughter. His designs unite creativity with sustainability, striving to fulfil diverse aspirations. With efficient design and build solutions, Kshitij offers consultative diligence for project objectives, establishing him as a coveted architect in India. Santi is a seasoned Italian architect with over 25 years of experience. His exceptional talent was recognized early on as his projects were showcased at the Biennale of Venice while he was still a student. After earning his Master's Degree with honours in Italy, he pursued his PhD at Newcastle University in the UK. He balanced his academic pursuits with establishing his own design firm, which continues to thrive today.
Santi embarked on his professional career in Italy, handling both residential and public projects. He then relocated to Australia, where he refined his skills as a Design Architect for an international firm in Sydney. His expertise led him to China, where he spearheaded the creation of over 180 projects, encompassing residential, commercial, and public structures. He established a branch of his firm in China, focusing on luxurious private residential projects. His accomplishments earned him an appointment as Associate Professor at Xiamen University of Technology.
In 2016, Santi moved to Dubai, becoming General Manager for an Italian architectural consultancy firm owned by the Royal Family in Sharjah. He oversaw the development of three five-star luxury hotels and numerous high-end villas and apartment projects. He subsequently established his own architectural consultancy firm in Dubai, specializing in bespoke luxury interior and hospitality projects, with a global reach extending from China and Hong Kong to Russia, Ukraine, the UAE, and Italy.

This joint family home had a client with a traditionalist mindset. The biggest challenge was to break this mindset and develop a design that broke open the conformist barriers of client’s mind. Educating them about art and it’s importance was also a challenge which was won upon and the end result meant a clean space with clean details and letting art do all the talking. The use of the external facade geometry in small ways through customized 3D panels, the shape of furniture, everything was chosen keeping the marriage of the internal and external detail in mind. This project was mired of a mental challenge to make the clients believe in a design style and not as much as a design challenge. The end result is a product of the faith the client had on the teams profess for design and a victory of good design over traditional mindsets.
