A fervent enthusiasm for the finer things in life led Neelam Kothari Soni to explore the world of jewellery design alongside her father, offering a wellspring for her creative thirst.This process of transforming gems into exquisite works of art ignited a deeper designer's passion, compelling her to pursue more and that is what led her to the interior design space.
Neelam is known as a woman who successfully juggles between her role as a professional and as a homemaker, mother and daughter. Santi is a seasoned Italian architect with over 25 years of experience. His exceptional talent was recognized early on as his projects were showcased at the Biennale of Venice while he was still a student. After earning his Master's Degree with honours in Italy, he pursued his PhD at Newcastle University in the UK. He balanced his academic pursuits with establishing his own design firm, which continues to thrive today.
Santi embarked on his professional career in Italy, handling both residential and public projects. He then relocated to Australia, where he refined his skills as a Design Architect for an international firm in Sydney. His expertise led him to China, where he spearheaded the creation of over 180 projects, encompassing residential, commercial, and public structures. He established a branch of his firm in China, focusing on luxurious private residential projects. His accomplishments earned him an appointment as Associate Professor at Xiamen University of Technology.
In 2016, Santi moved to Dubai, becoming General Manager for an Italian architectural consultancy firm owned by the Royal Family in Sharjah. He oversaw the development of three five-star luxury hotels and numerous high-end villas and apartment projects. He subsequently established his own architectural consultancy firm in Dubai, specializing in bespoke luxury interior and hospitality projects, with a global reach extending from China and Hong Kong to Russia, Ukraine, the UAE, and Italy.

With 20+ years of experience in designing and executing opulent residential and commercial projects, Abhay specializes in intricate design for excellent results. He embraces new challenges and is passionate about connecting and exchanging ideas for enhanced fulfillment in his work.
This luxury apartment was situated in one of the most prestigious buildings in Mumbai. The client had a clear brief to use blue and white through the house and create a great sense of luxury. Inspired by the colours of Santorini, the design used white as the major colour but in various mediums. From the faux alabaster to the leather, wallpaper, 3D moulded panelled ceiling, the white was introduced as an expression of form rather than colour. The clever interspersing of colour from cushions and rugs creates a serene yet luxurious environment. Handpicked art adds a third dimension to an otherwise neutral palette. The highlight of the house is the corner seating by the window with a curated light from ‘Serip‘coming over the seating and creating a functional yet sculptural corner of the house. The detailing of this house went to great lengths where for example to camouflage the long corridor adorn with doors to clean up the multiple elements mirror was used effectively. The dining area has a crockery unit that acts as a buffet replete with hot plates, bottle cooler and an ice cream bin. Carefully thought out wardrobes with inbuilt minibar facility was another new detail introduced into true design. Overall this project is a symbol of luxury meeting and serenity.
