Neelam is known as a woman who successfully juggles between her role as a professional and as a homemaker, mother and daughter. Santi is a seasoned Italian architect with over 25 years of experience. His exceptional talent was recognized early on as his projects were showcased at the Biennale of Venice while he was still a student. After earning his Master's Degree with honours in Italy, he pursued his PhD at Newcastle University in the UK. He balanced his academic pursuits with establishing his own design firm, which continues to thrive today.
Santi embarked on his professional career in Italy, handling both residential and public projects. He then relocated to Australia, where he refined his skills as a Design Architect for an international firm in Sydney. His expertise led him to China, where he spearheaded the creation of over 180 projects, encompassing residential, commercial, and public structures. He established a branch of his firm in China, focusing on luxurious private residential projects. His accomplishments earned him an appointment as Associate Professor at Xiamen University of Technology.
In 2016, Santi moved to Dubai, becoming General Manager for an Italian architectural consultancy firm owned by the Royal Family in Sharjah. He oversaw the development of three five-star luxury hotels and numerous high-end villas and apartment projects. He subsequently established his own architectural consultancy firm in Dubai, specializing in bespoke luxury interior and hospitality projects, with a global reach extending from China and Hong Kong to Russia, Ukraine, the UAE, and Italy.

This project was more of a palace than a home. An ULTRA HNI, wanted a palatial home built on a hill overlooking Kampala city. Right from a wine cellar, office, library, cigar lounge, cards and billiards room, spa and salon, 4 kitchens, car parking for 50 cars, staff quarter, squash court, pool bar, discotheque, theatre, gazebo bar, you name it and the works were demanded. The design was initially done by another designer but again the client wanted us to resolve the architecture issues and interiors on a turnkey solution. More than design the challenge of this project was the global labour and procurement. From the classical facade features to the nail in the house, everything was made in India and sent. A great once in a lifetime opportunity for team BNK.
