Neelam is known as a woman who successfully juggles between her role as a professional and as a homemaker, mother and daughter. Santi is a seasoned Italian architect with over 25 years of experience. His exceptional talent was recognized early on as his projects were showcased at the Biennale of Venice while he was still a student. After earning his Master's Degree with honours in Italy, he pursued his PhD at Newcastle University in the UK. He balanced his academic pursuits with establishing his own design firm, which continues to thrive today.
Santi embarked on his professional career in Italy, handling both residential and public projects. He then relocated to Australia, where he refined his skills as a Design Architect for an international firm in Sydney. His expertise led him to China, where he spearheaded the creation of over 180 projects, encompassing residential, commercial, and public structures. He established a branch of his firm in China, focusing on luxurious private residential projects. His accomplishments earned him an appointment as Associate Professor at Xiamen University of Technology.
In 2016, Santi moved to Dubai, becoming General Manager for an Italian architectural consultancy firm owned by the Royal Family in Sharjah. He oversaw the development of three five-star luxury hotels and numerous high-end villas and apartment projects. He subsequently established his own architectural consultancy firm in Dubai, specializing in bespoke luxury interior and hospitality projects, with a global reach extending from China and Hong Kong to Russia, Ukraine, the UAE, and Italy.

With 20+ years of experience in designing and executing opulent residential and commercial projects, Abhay specializes in intricate design for excellent results. He embraces new challenges and is passionate about connecting and exchanging ideas for enhanced fulfillment in his work.
A 7000 sq. ft. villa was to be constructed on a small plot of just about 500 sq yards with a main road on one end and adjoining buildings overlooking into the plot. This challenge was cleverly handled by having invisible openings. While windows were given for light and ventilation, every window was covered at a distance by green vertical landscape and pergolas to shade of visual intrusion by the neighbours. The road side rooms had a buffer space like a balcony and landscape to create more horizontal distance of the rooms from the road to eliminate visual angles from the road. This was further layered by a sliding wooden screen to allow ventilation and light during peak hour traffic which are opened up early morning and at night. A central ventilated courtyard acts as a breakfast space and also brings light into the centre of the house and acts as a funnel for cross ventilation thereby keeping the home interior temperature cooler by 5 degrees than the outside temperature. The end result is a hidden gem in a dense urban setting with great natural light responding to the context of its surroundings.
